The shut down went very well; they ended up delivering the power generators Thursday. Friday morning the block heater on the biggest unit was not working. We phoned the number and got an immediate response. I explained my concern about this unit not starting that evening and they had a mechanic phone me right away. I explained the importance of the power generator starting without the block heater. He assured me it wasn’t cold enough not to start and said he would show up at 8pm Friday night to make sure. He showed up and the rental unit started no problem. Very good company to deal with. Again thanks for all your help.
